Hi, my name is Karla, thank you for taking the time to read about me and consider me as
a partner in your healing journey. Here is a bit about me and how I might be able to support you!
I am an Oregon based Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I completed my bachelor’s degree in
Social Work (BSW) from Portland State University in Oregon and went on to complete my
masters degree in Social work (MSW) also from Portland State University in 2019. In May of
2022 I gained my clinical license (LCSW) in Oregon.
I primarily provide mental health services to individuals 25 and younger and I'm open to working with older adults as well. In my work I specialize in
trauma work- specifically working with individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, life transitions,
immigration and grief and loss. I am passionate about making mental health services
accessible and work for the individual, so I practice and prioritize providing support to meet the
individual where they are at. I provide a lot of education around trauma and what it does to our
brains and bodies and tailor treatment to the needs of the individual.
I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals who have experienced intimate
partner violence and sexual trauma. I also have over 3 years of working with individuals
experiencing multiple forms of trauma including racial trauma, sexual exploitation/trafficking, and
youth involved in the juvenile justice system in Oregon. My experience working in different
systems, including hospitals, school districts, small non-profits and in the juvenile justice system,
has allowed me to grow and learn about the different systems that we all navigate.
As a Bilingual and Bicultural Latinx mental health provider, I am passionate about supporting my
community and helping provide services to underserved communities. As a social worker I am
deeply committed to working to create an equitable community. This means I practice in an
anti-racist and trauma informed way, supporting individuals and validating their experiences,
without judgment.
I believe that deciding to engage in mental health services begins the process of soul healing.
This process looks different for everyone and I would be honored to walk alongside you
throughout any part of your soul healing journey.

Hello, I am Charmaine Read and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Social Work board in Oregon and Idaho. That means I work, virtually, with clients in Oregon and Idaho.
In 2011 I received my master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut. Since that time, I have worked with a wide array of clients and I have specific experience working with people who experience depression, anxiety, Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder, life transitions, stress, self-esteem challenges, women’s issues, trauma, and more.
Each person is very different, and I utilize a variety of approaches to help people attain the quality of life they desire and deserve. These approaches include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Psychotherapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My eclectic client centered approach allows for us to tackle these goals as a team. I see my role as your guide, I will help you on your journey and will work alongside you so that you meet the goals that are most important to you. You are the expert in your own life, and I am here to guide you.
I believe that a good fit and feeling confident with your therapist is the first step. The relationship between you and your therapist is very important. I look forward to meeting you to see if we are a good fit to begin your journey to wellbeing.

Hi! I’m Cassie and I’m a licensed professional counselor. Choosing a therapist to work with can be an overwhelming task, so I am going to share a bit about myself and my approach in hopes it helps with your decision.
I began my career journey in the addiction field and went on to earn my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!). From there I went on to earn a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University and spent the next 5 years serving Yamhill County residents at a community based mental health facility where I had the honor of working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, gender dysphoria, grief, interpersonal issues, life transitions, adoption, self-esteem, bipolar II disorder, and more.
My clinical approach is very person-centered, meaning that you run the show. I believe that each person already has the capability to heal and grow, and my role is to walk alongside to encourage and support as needed. I utilize several different therapies depending on what each individual needs. I have extensive training in Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, as well as training in Internal Family Systems and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I incorporate Safe and Sound Protocol in conjunction to other modalities, depending on the need.
Most importantly, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship between myself and the individuals I work with. We become a team working toward your goals, and I place significant value on honesty, authenticity, humor, compassion, validation, and accountability into our work together.
